Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the oranges, boil them in hot water with a little salt for about 2 – 3 minutes before turning off the heat.
After boiling, take the oranges out and soak them in ice water for 1 minute. Then slice the oranges into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Cut the passion fruit in half, scoop out the pulp, and strain the passion fruit through a sieve to extract the juice.

Make the Jam
Add sugar, passion fruit juice, and honey to a pan and bring to a boil over low heat.
Once the sugar has dissolved completely, add the oranges, keep the heat very low until the syrup thickens, then turn off the heat.
Place the orange slices on a rack and sun-dry until the oranges are dry.
Note: If there is no sunlight, you can use an oven to dry at a temperature of 80 – 100 degrees Celsius until the soft orange jam is dry. -

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the oranges thoroughly, cut into 6 pieces, separate the seeds, peel, and flesh.
Soak the orange seeds in a bowl with a little water and stir well, soak for 15 minutes to allow the seeds to release pectin. Then strain out the seeds and keep the liquid.
Put the orange flesh into a blender and puree it.
Take the peel of 1 orange and cut it into very thin strips.

Soak 10g of gelatin leaves in water until they soften.
Wash the oranges and then squeeze to get 200ml of orange juice. You can squeeze the oranges by hand or use an orange juicer for convenience and speed.

Prepare a pan and add 150ml of water along with the 200ml of orange juice you prepared. Set the heat to the lowest setting and add 350g of sugar to the mixture, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Once the sugar is dissolved, squeeze half a lemon into the mixture to increase the sourness. Then add 10g of unsalted butter and stir until the butter is completely melted. Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of water, stirring until the starch is fully dissolved, and then add it to the initial orange mixture.
