How to choose fresh and delicious dry fish

- Choose dry fish that is dried or roasted just right, with a chewy texture and not too dry or tough.

How to make Dried Fish with Garlic and Chili

Prepare the dried fish
Soak the fish in water for about 10 minutes to reduce the saltiness and soften the fish flesh. Then rinse it clean with a few rounds of water and let it drain.

Fry the fish
Place a pan on the stove and add 50ml of cooking oil, then add the dried fish and fry until golden on both sides for about 5 minutes each side.
After frying, let the fish cool and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Tip:- You must let the fish drain well; if the fish retains water when frying, it can easily cause oil to splatter and be dangerous.

You add to a bowl 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, minced garlic and chili, along with 3 tablespoons of filtered water.
