Prepare the ingredients
Peel the carrots, wash them thoroughly, and use a grater to shred them into small pieces. After removing the roots and washing, chop the green onions and cilantro finely.
Soak 15g of dried wood ear mushrooms in water for about 30 minutes until they soften, then remove the stems, wash them, shred them, and chop them finely.
