How to make Yogurt Oatmeal Cake

  • Mix the cake batter

    First, sift 30g of oatmeal flour and 2g of baking powder into a bowl and mix them well.

    Next, add 1 chicken egg, 1 cup of yogurt, and 2 teaspoons of honey, and mix until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  • Pour the cake batter into the mold

    Next, pour the mixed batter into the mold and sprinkle raisins on top. You can choose any favorite type of mold.

    To prevent the cake from overflowing after baking, leave about 1/2 finger space on top of the mold when pouring the batter!
