How to choose fresh, delicious mushrooms
For fresh shiitake mushrooms
- You should choose shiitake mushrooms that have bright colors, a distinctive fragrance, caps that are moderately curled and slightly yellow-brown. The stem should be firm, with uniform color, and the mushroom cap should have evenly spaced, beautiful, and dry gills.
- Avoid choosing shiitake mushrooms with white milky cuts or brownish spots, as these are signs of toxic mushrooms.
- Steer clear of mushrooms that have blemishes or wrinkled, slimy caps.
For oyster mushrooms
- You should choose oyster mushrooms that have natural colors like white or gray, not too dark or too light.

You put a pot with 1.5 liters of water on the stove, then gradually add 1 onion, 8 coriander roots, 1 carrot, 1/4 ripe pineapple, 1 cassava root, and 10 grams of seaweed, and cook for 15 minutes before removing the ingredients.

Fry the seaweed leaves
You mix 100 grams of crispy frying flour and 1/3 teaspoon of salt with 80 ml of water.
You dip the seaweed leaves in the flour, then fry them in hot oil until the bottom side is golden, then remove.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté with a little onion until fragrant, then add tomatoes and pineapple and stir well.
