How to choose good apples
You should choose round, medium-sized apples with bright color, shiny skin, no bruises, and feel firm and heavy when held.
To store apples, you should place them in a jar, close the lid carefully, and keep them in a dry, cool place or in the refrigerator. To preserve apple jam for a longer time, you can put it in the oven to dry at 100 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes.
If well-preserved, apple jam can be used for a few weeks to over 1 month.
