How to make Sweet and Sour Grilled Beef Salad

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the beef and let it drain.
Wash the chives and chop them, wash the green onion tops, wash the mint, and discard any wilted leaves.
Roast the peanuts until cooked and crush them.

Marinate and grill the beef
Leave the beef whole and marinate it with soy sauce and ground pepper for 15 minutes; if you have time, marinate it for about 2 hours to absorb the flavors.
After marinating, grill the beef over high heat for 8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the meat. Remember to brush a little cooking oil on the meat to prevent it from burning. You can use an electric grill for grilling.
Then let the beef cool down and slice it into thin, bite-sized pieces.
