  • Prepare the Ingredients

  • Sauté straw mushrooms

    Turn on the stove and heat up the pan with a little cooking oil, then add minced shallots to fry until fragrant. Next, add the prepared straw mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat, adding 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning to enhance the flavor of the mushrooms.

    Stir well for about 2 – 3 minutes until the mushrooms are firm and fragrant. The purpose of sautéing the straw mushrooms is to enhance the flavor and maintain their natural crispness when cooking porridge.

    When the rice cooker indicates that the porridge is cooked, open the lid, stir well, and check the consistency of the porridge. If the porridge is too thick, you can add hot water and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
