How to make Whipping cream with a blender

Mix butter with milk
The unsalted butter should be taken out about 15 minutes before making it so that it softens and is easier to mash. Put 50g of unsalted butter into a bowl and use a spatula to mash it finely.
Next, add 75ml of unsweetened fresh milk to the bowl and mix the mixture well.

Heat the butter-milk mixture
Put the mixed butter and milk into a pot and place it on the stove to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until the butter completely melts.
Note: To avoid losing all the nutrients in the milk, while heating the mixture, you should continuously stir it and avoid boiling the mixture.After the butter has completely melted, turn off the heat, pour the mixture into a bowl and wait for it to cool completely, then place it in the fridge for about 15 – 20 minutes until it thickens, then move it to the freezer for another 5 minutes.

After freezing, take the mixture out and put it in the blender to blend for 5 – 7 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and thick is complete.

With just a few simple steps, you have completed a batch of rich fresh cream. With fresh cream, you can use it to make desserts like tiramisu, cakes, or use it for decoration as well.
How to store whipping cream- Because fresh cream melts quite easily, after making, you need to put it in a clean container or plastic bag, seal it tightly, and place it in the refrigerator’s cool compartment.
- Homemade whipping cream should only be used immediately or within 1 – 2 days to ensure its freshness.
