Prepare the Peanuts
Put the peanuts in a pot, boil them until just cooked, then take them out and soak them immediately in cold water. This way, the peanuts will be crispy, delicious, and not mushy.

– When washing the rice, simply add water to the pot (with rice), use your hand to stir gently so that the dirt rises to the surface, then gently pour that water away.

– Wash the chicken thighs, drain, and use a fork to poke the surface for the seasoning to soak in.
– Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of minced onion to the chicken and mix well.
– Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
