Prepare the ingredients
Soak the sticky rice overnight or at least for 4 hours with a little salt.
Cut the gac fruit in half to extract the gac flesh.

Prepare the sticky rice mixture
Press the flesh of the gac fruit to separate it from the seed, then mix it with 1 tablespoon of white wine.
Take the gac flesh mixed with wine and combine it with the glutinous rice along with a little salt.
During this process, you can add a bit of coconut milk for flavor. The amount can vary depending on your preference.

Steam the sticky rice
Place the mixed mixture into the steaming basket of the rice cooker and steam for about 35 – 40 minutes.
At this point, your gac sticky rice is considered complete. You can add a suitable amount of sugar for easier consumption.
