How to choose fresh and delicious pork bones
- Choose pork bones that have a natural pinkish red color, and when you press the meat with your hand, it should have a certain elasticity, indicating good quality bones.
- Select pork bones of moderate size; if they are too small, they are usually from piglets, with little meat and lack sweetness when cooked.
- Avoid buying pork bones that have a purplish color, feel too slimy when held, or even emit an unusual odor, as these are signs that the bones are old and no longer fresh.
