Prepare the ingredients
After buying the shrimp, peel off the shell, remove the sand vein on the back, and leave the meat part intact.
Wash the shrimp thoroughly, then use a knife to lightly crush the shrimp and set it aside on a plate. Add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, marinate the shrimp for about 5 minutes.
