How to cook Sturgeon fish with banana and tofu

  • Prepare the sturgeon

    After buying sturgeon, cut it into thick slices about 1 finger width, then continue cutting into square pieces with a thickness of about 1 finger width.

    To clean the fish of slime and eliminate the fishy smell, soak the fish in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, then gently scrape off the slime with a knife and rinse with clean water several times.

  • Prepare other ingredients

    The pork belly you bought should be rinsed with diluted salt water, then rinsed several times with clean water. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, then continue to place it into the pan with oil that was used to fry the catfish to fry the meat for about 4 – 5 minutes until the meat is firm and slightly golden, then remove the meat.
