  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, with 200gr of fresh shrimp, remove the heads, peel the shells, and also take out the intestinal thread on the back. Next, use a knife to finely chop.

    Then, take a bowl and add the prepared shrimp, 1 teaspoon of minced shallots, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, mix well using chopsticks, then let the shrimp absorb the spices for about 20 minutes.

    Finally, for the watercress, remove any wilted or damaged leaves, then wash thoroughly, drain, and cut into small pieces.
