How to peel and quickly clean shrimp veins

    • First, use your hands to break off the shrimp’s head.
    • Next, use your hands to peel the shrimp’s shell from the belly first, then around the body. For the shell at the tail, grip the shrimp’s tail firmly and pull it back.
    • To remove the shrimp vein, use a knife to make a cut along the shrimp’s back to expose the vein, then use a knife or a sharp bamboo stick to hook the shrimp vein. At this step, be careful not to break the shrimp vein.
