How to choose fresh and delicious pumpkin
- To choose good pumpkins, you should select fruits with a yellow-orange or dark green skin, and when picked up, they feel heavy.
- The stem should still be fresh, the skin intact, not chipped, and there should be a little sap on the cut surface for good pumpkins.
- If you buy pumpkins to store, choose those with stems to preserve them longer. If you buy pre-cut pieces, choose those that are still yellow or orange with dense flesh as they are the good quality pumpkins.
