  • Cooking the Soup

    Place a pot on the stove, add 1 liter of water, 2 tablespoons of tamarind water, 5 teaspoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt, and bring this water to a boil.

    After boiling for about 10 minutes, add the stir-fried tomatoes from earlier, wait for the water to boil again, then add the fish, and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust the seasoning to suit your family’s taste, then turn off the heat.
