  • You should choose fresh bundles of chrysanthemum that have a dark green color, feel soft when touched, and are not bruised or have eaten leaves. Because these plants are still young, they will taste sweet and have a fragrant smell.
  • In addition, the best chrysanthemum is freshly picked, usually sold every morning at the market or bought at supermarkets with a purchase date close to the production date.

  • It is advisable to choose tomatoes that have a taut, plump skin, bright red color, and are uniform in color as these are usually ripe and fresh.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying chrysanthemum greens, pick the tips and young leaves, then wash them clean and let them drain.

    Peel the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Remove the roots from the green onions, wash them clean, then chop them, keeping the green tops and white roots separate.

  • Stir-fry tomatoes

    You place a pot on the stove over medium heat, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil into the pot.

    When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion to sauté until fragrant, then add minced meat, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until the meat is firm, add tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of salt, and stir for another 2 minutes.
