Boil the rice noodles
First, rinse the dry rice noodles in clean water, then put them into a pot, bring 200ml of hot water to a boil over high heat, and pour it into the pot containing the rice noodles. Cook the noodles on low heat for about 3 minutes until they are soft.

Continue to simmer the broth for another 10 minutes on low heat, then adjust the seasoning to taste before turning off the heat.
