    After buying the red tilapia, clean it, remove the gills, cut the fins, and scale it. Then, rub the fish with a little salt and rinse it several times with clean water to eliminate the fishy smell.

  • Fry the red fish

    Heat a pan on the stove, add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil into the pan. Wait for the oil to heat up, then add the fish, frying on low heat until both sides are golden and crispy, then turn off the heat.
