Cut green papaya into bite-sized pieces and put it into the pot to stew with beef. When stewing, the sap from the green papaya will flow out, helping the beef become softer.

After the beef has been cooked with other ingredients for about 1 hour, cover it and put it into an insulated pot, and keep it warm for another 6 – 8 hours, and then the meat will be tender and ready to enjoy.

Add the marinated beef and chopped lemongrass along with fresh coconut water into the pressure cooker, close the lid, and simmer for 30 minutes.

After that, release the steam valve, open the lid, add potatoes and carrots, stir well, then cover the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes, taste and adjust the seasoning to finish.
