How to Make Tomato Porridge

Prepare the tomatoes
You cut the tomato in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, peel it, and slice it into thin strips. Then, you place the tomatoes in a sieve, use a spoon to mash them, and scrape into a bowl.

You add 20 grams of washed rice and 200 ml dashi broth into a bowl. Then, place that bowl in the rice cooker to cook along with the family’s rice.
