    Sea mushrooms should have their roots cut off, soaked in diluted salt, then rinsed clean with cold water.

    Green onion should be trimmed of roots, washed clean, and then chopped finely.

  • Stew the vegetables

    Add about 1 liter of water to the pot, then add the carrots, pumpkin, and corn to simmer for the broth.

    Cover the pot and simmer the vegetables over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes. During the simmering, regularly skim off the foam to keep the broth clear and tastier.
