Prepare the ingredients
Pick the tender parts of the water spinach, discard the older parts, soak in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water to drain, and cut into pieces about the length of a finger.
Tip: To reduce the sap of water spinach when cooking, remember to soak it in salt water first, then rinse with clean water.
