  • Select apples with slightly rough skin, not too smooth or shiny, as these are usually sweeter, not too large, and will have a subtle, distinctive aroma.
  • Additionally, you can gently tap the apple with your hand; if the sound inside is clear and the outside feels firm, these are good quality apples.
  • Avoid choosing apples with dark spots on the skin, bruises, or scratches, and if they lack a fragrant smell, as these are apples that have been stored for too long and are no longer usable.

  • Prepare the apples

    When you buy apples, wash them thoroughly with water, then use a knife to peel off the outer skin and cut them into small pieces to make the juicing process easier.

    Next, prepare 1 bowl (rice bowl) of filtered water, add the juice of about 1/2 lemon and 1 teaspoon of salt. Then, soak the peeled apples in this mixture for about 2 minutes, then take them out and rinse them with water, let them drain, and put them into the juicer.
