- Additionally, choose apples of moderate size, avoiding those that are too large or too small, as they may have been sprayed with chemicals.
- Avoid selecting misshapen apples with insect bites, bruises, or blemishes.

How to make Apple Rose Tart
-
Make apple jam
First, you keep the skin and cut the apple into 4 parts. Then, you dice one part of the apple.
Next, you put the apple into the pot along with 5g of sugar, 5ml of lemon juice, and start to cook the apple on low heat. After 5 minutes of cooking, you add 10g of cornstarch and stir well.
-
Slice the apple thinly
You cut the apple in half, then cut each half into quarters, and use a slicer to cut the apple into thin slices.
Tip: If you don’t have a slicer, you can carefully and gently use a knife to ensure the apple slices are of even thickness. -
Shape the cake
You put 50ml of water, 15ml of lemon juice onto the apple slices and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes. After that, you place paper on the tray, put each apple on the tray, then place another layer of paper on top to absorb all the moisture from the apple slices.
You take the cake base out, add all the apple jam to the center and use a spoon to spread the apple jam evenly for a smoother surface.
Next, you place each apple slice on the cake, with this slice resting on half of the other apple layer, the next apple layer alternating with the bottom apples, and repeat until the center of the cake has enough space for a flower.
You stack 9 apple slices on top of each other, placing the top one in the center of the bottom layer and then rolling it back, gently pulling the apple slices outward to resemble a rose.
-
Finish the cake
You put 15ml of water, 20gr of sugar, and 10gr of powdered cinnamon into a pot and cook until the mixture thickens. After that, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top of the cake to finish.

Product
The crispy tart base below, topped with fragrant apples with a sweet and sour taste, will make you want to eat it forever.
Tips for successful execution
- The tart crust should be pre-baked; add the filling right before serving to prevent the crust from becoming soggy due to the moisture of the filling.
- Avoid using too much cinnamon powder, as the strong cinnamon scent will overpower the apple aroma, making the tart less enjoyable.
How to store the tart
- Step 1: Wrap the tart tightly with plastic wrap.
- Step 2: Store it in the refrigerator and consume it within a week.
