How to choose fresh and delicious chicken breast
- To prepare a delicious dish, you should choose chicken breast pieces with white skin, as these are from larger chickens which have tastier and firmer meat; younger chickens tend to have softer meat.
- If you buy skinless chicken breast, observe the fat layer on the chicken meat. You should choose the fat that is white in color, as it will make the meat taste better.

Preparing the chicken breast
You should soak the chicken breast in diluted salt water for about 7 – 10 minutes, gently massaging to clean the meat. After that, wash it thoroughly and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.

Frying the chicken breast
Marinate 200g of chicken breast with 40ml of Japanese grilling spice Yakiniku Barona for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan over the stove with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken breast and fry until golden brown. Finally, sprinkle about 5g of toasted sesame seeds and turn off the heat.

Prepare other ingredients
Wash and cut into bite-sized pieces 50g of green lettuce, 50g of purple lettuce, and 50g of fries lettuce.
Peel and slice the red onion.
