Ingredients for Avocado Fruit Jelly For 4 people
Ripe avocado 200 gr Unsweetened milk 100 ml Coconut milk 150 ml Condensed milk 80 gr Gelatin powder 10 gr Water 200 ml Agar powder 3 g White sugar 30 gr Jackfruit 50 gr Kiwi 50 gr Watermelon 50 gr
Tools: fork, bowl, pot, stove,…
How to choose good avocado:
- Avocado stem: You should choose avocados with a slightly yellow stem core, indicating that the avocado is just ripe. Conversely, if the stem is green, the avocado is not ripe.
- Avocado skin: Ripe avocados will have a brownish-purple, rough skin.
- Feel when holding the avocado: If the avocado feels heavy, firm, and soft when pressed, then it is a good ripe avocado, and you can hear a sound when shaken.
For this avocado jelly dessert, everyone should choose firm, dense-fleshed avocados that are golden yellow, soft ripe, and when cut open, there are no dark spots inside to avoid bitterness when making avocado jelly.

How to make Avocado Fruit Jelly Dessert
-
Prepare the ingredients
Put 10g of gelatin powder into a bowl, add about 350ml of cold water, then stir well.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin to take the flesh, then put 200g of avocado into a blender and blend until smooth.
Note: When taking the avocado flesh, avoid scraping too close to the skin as it may cause the avocado jelly to mix with the bitter skin, making it taste unpleasant.
-
Cook the milk mixture
Place a pot on the stove, add 100ml of fresh milk, 50ml of coconut milk, 30g of condensed milk, and 10g of soaked gelatin, then stir well over low heat until the mixture boils, then turn off the heat.
-
Cook the avocado mixture
After turning off the heat, add the 200g of blended avocado into the milk mixture and stir well.
-
Pour into molds and chill
Pour the avocado mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
-
Making fruit jelly
Watermelon, kiwi diced into bite-sized pieces, jackfruit shredded thinly.
Add 200ml of water, 30g of sugar, and 3g of jelly powder into a pot, stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.

-
Cooking coconut milk mixture
Boil 50g of condensed milk, 100ml of coconut milk, then let the mixture cool completely.
-
Final product
Serve the avocado jelly and fruit jelly on a plate with some shaved ice. Then drizzle the coconut milk mixture evenly and enjoy!
Avocado jelly fruit has a sweet and creamy taste from avocado, a crunchy and refreshing taste from fruit jelly combined with the rich flavor of the coconut milk mixture.
Tips for successful execution:
- Do not add gelatin to the boiling mixture, as it will lose its ability to bind and thicken.
- You can soak the mold in hot water to make it easier to remove the avocado jelly.
