  • Prepare ba khía

    Take ba khía out of the jar of salted ba khía and put it into a basin. Pour in a little boiling water and briefly blanch, stirring the ba khía to help reduce the saltiness and clean them.

    Then, remove the ba khía and let it drain in a colander.

    Separate the shell of the ba khía, break the joints of the legs, and tear the body of the ba khía into small pieces, then place the legs and the flesh of the ba khía into a small basin.
