Prepare the seafood
After purchasing, soak the clams in cold water for about 1 – 2 hours until they release all the sand. Then wash them thoroughly and let them drain.
Put the cleaned clams into a pot of boiling water and boil for about 3 – 4 minutes, then remove and let them drain.
Shrimp should be washed, removing some legs and antennae, and use a knife to make a cut along the back of the shrimp to remove the black vein.
Then marinate the shrimp with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 20g of sliced ginger, and 2 sliced garlic cloves for about 20 minutes.

Prepare the mushrooms
