How to choose fresh and delicious pandan leaves
- To select fresh and delicious pandan leaves, you should choose those that are dark green, long, large, and have a bright green color because when used, they will yield a more beautiful green color and more fragrance.

Tips for successful execution
When pouring the colors together, be careful not to let the jelly set too much or be too liquid, as over-setting will cause the color blocks to separate, while being too liquid will mix the colors. To check, gently touch the surface of the jelly; if it feels soft and sinks slightly, it is ready.
