How to choose fresh and delicious chicken eggs
- Good chicken eggs have a slightly rough surface; when held up to the sunlight, the eggs have a light red or orange color, and are either clear or slightly cloudy.
- Choose eggs with thick shells and a moderate size.
- Avoid eggs with smooth shells as they are mostly old eggs.
How to choose fresh and delicious tomatoes
- You should choose those that are light pink, with a hard skin, and feel firm in hand.
- Good tomatoes have bright green stems that are tightly attached to the fruit.

How to make Rice Burger

Prepare the ingredients
Separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly with water.
Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers, then slice them thinly.
Wash the chicken breast and cut it into thin slices.

Mix and shape the rice
After cooking and cooling the rice, add 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, then mix all the ingredients together with your hands.
Next, grease the mold with cooking oil and place it on top of the plastic wrap. Now, put the mixed rice into the mold, press the rice firmly into a thin burger shape, and then wrap the rice with the plastic wrap.

Fry chicken breast, egg, rice burger
You marinate 100g of chicken breast with 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and mix well to absorb the flavor.
Beat the chicken egg and start coating the chicken breast with flour. First, coat the chicken breast with a layer of flour, then dip it in the egg and coat it with flour again.
Now, place a pan on the stove, add the remaining cooking oil. Wait for the oil to heat up, then add the chicken breast and fry until golden and crispy, then remove to drain the oil.
Using the pan with oil, continue to fry one egg; for the rice burger, you pan-fry it until both sides are golden and crispy, then take it out.

Layer lettuce on top of the rice burger, then add a bit of ketchup on top, followed by layering tomatoes, fried chicken breast, cucumber, seaweed, fried egg, and then cover with the remaining burger piece. Our dish is complete!
