Add 300gr sweet potato flour, 1 chicken egg, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 200ml of hot water into a bowl and mix the ingredients well. Then knead the dough until it becomes a soft, pliable mass, with a smooth surface that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Shape the dough into a round ball and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into several portions, each portion about 30g.
