- You should choose radishes that are intact, with smooth skin free from scratches, not bruised, or with any unusual black spots. Opt for radishes that taper towards the tail end, feel firm when lifted, and are slightly hard to the touch, with a certain crispness to the skin.
- Radishes that still have their green leaves intact, firmly attached to the radish body, with fresh green leaves and especially those that retain their root hairs around the radish are fresh and quality guaranteed. You should choose radishes that have only one long root as they will contain more nutrients.
- Avoid choosing radishes that are too large, with swollen, soft bodies, missing leaf stems, wilted leaves lacking freshness, or those with oversized, thick shoulders, as they often contain more fibers and are bland, not tasty.

- Regarding shape: You should choose cucumbers that are straight, slender, long, and uniformly shaped, with little to no curvature. How to make White Radish Salad

Prepare the ingredients
First, with the white radish, wash it thoroughly with water and then peel off the skin. After that, continue to slice the white radish into thin pieces and place them on a plate. For the cucumber, after buying it, soak it in a diluted saltwater solution for 15 minutes, then take it out and rinse it with clean water.
Next, use a knife to cut off both ends of the cucumber. Depending on your preference, you can leave the skin on or use a peeler to create thin strips. Here, after washing, you leave the skin on and slice it into thin round pieces and place them on a plate.
Wash the herbs, removing any bad leaves, wash the roots thoroughly with water, and chop them finely. Next, add 200g of cucumber and 500g of white radish into a bowl and mix, then add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. Toss well and let the mixture soak for about 10 minutes to extract the water from the cucumber and white radish.
