  • Mixing the cheese egg mixture

    First, whisk together a mixture of 2 egg yolks and 3 tablespoons of sugar.

    Then, add 200g of cream cheese and mix until the mixture is smooth.

  • Mixing the cake batter

    Sift 20g of flour into the cream cheese mixture and continue to mix well until combined.

    Next, add about 1 – 2 drops of vanilla extract and mix well one more time.

  • Pouring into the mold and steaming the cake

    Evenly brush a little cooking oil into a large bowl, then pour the mixed cake batter into it and spread it evenly on the surface.

    Next, use a plate or plastic wrap to cover the bowl tightly, then steam the cake for 4 minutes at 700W in the microwave.
