Ground beef 300 gr Cheese balls 20 gr (about 5 balls) Minced garlic 2 cloves Cherry tomatoes 50 gr Unsalted butter 30 gr Mint leaf powder 2 teaspoons Salt/pepper 1 teaspoon
How to Choose Fresh, Delicious Beef
- To buy fresh, delicious beef, you should look for pieces of beef that are bright red with white marbling and have light yellow fat.
- You can buy a good piece of meat and have the seller grind it, or grind it yourself at home; avoid buying pre-ground meat as it is hard to tell if it’s fresh.
- Do not buy pieces of beef that are pale green or dark red, with dark yellow fat, as this indicates the beef has been stored for too long.
- You can bring it home to grind using a blender, or choose a good piece of meat and ask the seller to grind it, as it’s difficult to check the quality of pre-ground meat.
