How to make Cheese Sandwich Bread

  • Mixing the dough

    Put 400g of type 13 flour, 40g of sugar, 6g of salt, 8g of yeast, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and 240ml of cold water into a bowl, then put it into the dough mixer, mix at low speed for 2 minutes and then switch to high speed to mix for another 10 minutes.

  • Shaping

    First, take a little flour and sprinkle it on a clean countertop, then place the mixed dough on top and cover it with a clean white cloth, letting it rise for about 30 minutes.

    Next, flip the dough over, gently press it with your hands to spread it into a rectangular shape, and place 4 slices of cheese on top, then roll the dough into a ball.

    Finally, use a brush to spread a little butter around the cake mold, then place the rolled dough into it, and let it rise for another 40 minutes at room temperature.

    Tip: To prevent the bread from sticking to the mold and to keep the dough moist, you should spread a layer of butter inside the mold.

  • Baking the Bread

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees before baking for 15 minutes.

    After the dough has risen, cover the mold and place it in the oven, baking at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Then flip the mold upside down and bake for another 10 minutes until the bread is evenly golden and beautiful, then take the bread out.

    Slice into bite-sized pieces, place in a toaster, toast until the bread is cooked, then add a bit of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, 1 piece of cheese, and 4 thin slices of Vietnamese Pork Sausage on top of one slice of bread, use the other slice to press down firmly and enjoy!
