Mix the flour and season the mixture

Roll and shape the dough

Blend Leftover Rice
Put the prepared leftover rice into the blender, blend on high speed for about 15 – 20 seconds or you can place the rice in a mortar and pound it until smooth.

Add to a bowl the mixture of prepared ingredients including: 6 tablespoons of flour, the blended leftover rice, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Then use a spoon to mix well, add a little flour to your hands and knead the dough until it forms a cohesive mass.

Shape the sticks
Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes, then divide it into small balls.
Place 1 ball on the cutting board, to prevent the dough from sticking to the board, sprinkle some flour on top and underneath the surface of the board, use a rolling pin or a specialized tool to flatten the dough.
Then use a knife to cut into bite-sized strands, and continue doing so until the mixture is finished.

Steam the mixture
Prepare a steaming pot, arrange each cut strand of dough into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes over high heat.
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and open the pot lid, let the sticks cool and drain excess water for about 20 minutes.

After letting the sticks cool down, line the air fryer with aluminum foil and place the steamed sticks into the pot, frying for 4 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
