How to make Strawberry and Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Dried Strawberries
Wash the strawberries and slice them thinly.
Place the strawberries on a baking tray lined with a layer of parchment paper. Put the tray in the oven, adjusting the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius or 212 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 – 90 minutes.

Melting the Chocolate
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces so that it melts quickly.
Place the dark chocolate into a glass bowl. Use another glass bowl of the same size or larger and pour hot water into it. Put the bowl of chocolate into the bowl of hot water and stir with a spoon until the chocolate is completely melted.
