Tips for successful execution
- You can substitute sour cream with yogurt.
- If you want to decorate the cake, you should use light creams such as: whipped cream, whipping cream, topping cream, or buttercream. Do not put too many things on the cake, as it will make the cake heavy and cause it to collapse.
- The eggs used must be at room temperature to achieve the best whipped state.
- The ratio of the ingredients in the recipe must be measured accurately and in the right amount; otherwise, the cake will not be fluffy and soft anymore.
- The baking temperature and time must be monitored correctly to achieve the best final product.
- When baking is done, you should let the cake sit in the oven for 5 minutes before taking it out to avoid the cake collapsing.
- You can replace cocoa powder with cacao powder.
