How to choose fresh and delicious melon
- A good melon will have a round shape, feel firm in hand, and not have any indentations. Choose melons with many dark veins on the surface, and they should feel rough to the touch.
- In addition, observe the stem of the melon; sweet and crunchy melons often have a round indentation with serrated marks.
- Avoid choosing melons with pointed ends and stems, as these melons did not absorb enough water and light during growth, making them bland and not crunchy.
- You can choose either yellow or green-fleshed melons according to your preference! However, yellow melons tend to have more water and a sweeter taste compared to green-fleshed melons.
