White rice 2 cups Beef belly 250 gr American corn 50 gr Unsalted butter 10 gr Mozzarella cheese 10 gr Minced garlic 1 tablespoon Green onions a little (chopped) Soy sauce 5 tablespoons Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon Honey 1 tablespoon White sesame 1 teaspoon Cooking oil 1 tablespoon Sugar/ black pepper a little

How to choose fresh and delicious beef

  • You should choose pieces of beef that are bright red interspersed with blood vessels and light pink fat.
  • Good beef will bounce back when you press it lightly with your finger, it should not be sticky and have no unusual odor.
  • Avoid buying pieces of beef that have turned pale green or dark red in color, with dark yellow fat, white spots on the meat, and feels mushy and sticky when touched.

How to make Sizzling Beef Rice

  • Make the sauce

    You add into a bowl 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of white sesame, then mix well.

    Next, you place a pan on the stove on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan, wait for the oil to heat up then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, when the garlic is fragrant, add the sauce mixture and cook for 8 minutes on low heat, season to taste then turn off the stove.

  • Making sizzling beef rice

    You place a pan on the stove over medium heat, then invert 2 bowls of rice into the center of the pan, arranging strips of beef belly around, adding 50g of corn kernels, a little chopped green onion, and 10g of unsalted butter.

    Next, you use a spoon to stir the rice in the pan for 2 minutes and evenly sprinkle 10g of mozzarella cheese on the surface, continue to mix well for another minute before enjoying!
