How to make fresh orange Panna cotta

Make the milk pudding
First, soak 5g of gelatin in 10g of water for about 10 minutes to let the gelatin bloom.
In a bowl, add 210ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 100ml of whipping cream, and 30g of honey, and stir well to combine the ingredients.
Next, place a pot on the stove, pour all the milk mixture into the pot and heat over low heat. Once the mixture starts to boil, add the bloomed gelatin and cook while stirring until completely dissolved, then turn off the stove.
Hold the cup at a 90-degree angle, divide the milk mixture into 2 parts, pour half of the heated milk into the cup, cover it, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Making the orange pudding layer
Next, soak 2g of gelatin in 8g of water until the gelatin swells.
Squeeze the juice from 1 yellow orange to obtain 100ml of orange juice. Add 30g of honey and stir until dissolved with the orange juice.
Pour the entire mixture of orange juice and soaked gelatin into a pot, heat on low, stirring continuously. After about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Then, take the set milk pudding cup out, pour the cooled orange juice at an angle into the cup, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least another hour.

After the first two pudding layers have set, heat the remaining milk on the stove over low heat, stirring well to dissolve the gelatin, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

How to remove pudding from the cup:- Prepare a bowl of warm water at about 80 degrees Celsius, place the pudding cup in the warm water and leave it for 5 – 7 seconds before taking it out.
