Ingredients for Cream brulee For 6 servings

Whipping cream 400 ml Chicken eggs 6 eggs Sugar 40 gr Strawberries 8 fruits Caramel sugar A little Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon

How to choose fresh and delicious chicken eggs

  • Choose eggs with a dark brown shell, evenly colored, without cracks or black spots.
  • When touching the eggshell, if the surface feels slightly rough, it indicates fresh eggs, while a smooth surface indicates the eggs have been stored for a while.
  • Fresh eggs will show a small air chamber when held under a light, with a round yolk that is balanced and does not move, having a light orange or pink color.
  • Bring the egg close to your ear and shake gently; if you don’t hear any noise, it is fresh, while a sound indicates the egg has been stored for a long time.
