How to make Burnt Cream – dark chocolate creme brulee

  • Cook the milk chocolate mixture

    Place a pot on the stove, add 577ml of heavy cream, 100gr of sugar, 50ml of Baileys Irish cream, and stir well over low heat until the sugar dissolves.

    Then, add 125gr of finely crushed chocolate, continue stirring until melted and cook until the mixture is gently boiling, then turn off the heat.

    Beat 8 egg yolks until smooth, then gradually pour in the milk chocolate mixture while stirring well to combine.

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

    Pour the egg and milk mixture into the cake mold, then place it into the baking tray.

  • Cook the Milk Chocolate Mixture

    Place a pot on the stove, add 300ml of whipping cream and heat it gently on low heat.

    Then, add 55gr of white chocolate and continue to stir until the chocolate melts, and the mixture is simmering, then turn off the heat.
