  • Mix the dough

    First, you mix 140g of all-purpose flour, 8g of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 60g of cocoa powder in a large bowl or mixing bowl.

  • Mixing the dough with eggs

    You sift the dry flour mixture into the whipped egg mixture. Use a mixer on the lowest speed until the flour is completely dissolved.
