How to Prepare Vegetarian Bitter Melon Salad

Prepare the Ingredients
After purchasing bitter melon, wash it thoroughly with water, use a knife to cut off both ends and slice the bitter melon in half. Next, use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and cut it into thin slices for eating.
