How to make Fried Clam Cake

Prepare the batter
Add 150 grams of crispy flour to mix with 200 ml of cold water. Stir the mixture until the batter is smooth.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to the batter and continue stirring until the spices are well combined.

Add the clams to the bowl of batter and mix well. Let the clams and batter sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors evenly.

Fry the clam cakes
Place a pan on the stove and pour oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, scoop out spoonfuls of the clam mixture to form round clam cakes and fry them on medium to low heat.
Fry until one side is golden, then flip the cakes and fry the other side until crispy. When the clam cakes are golden on both sides, remove them and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
