How to cook Crispy Fish

Make the wet batter
Mix 40 gr of flour, turmeric powder, and oregano leaves with 80 ml of water.
Add half of the prepared salt and pepper into the newly made wet batter.
Marinate the fish with the remaining salt and pepper.

Mix dry flour
Put tapioca flour and 35 gr of wheat flour into a zip bag and shake to mix the two types of flour evenly.

Mix fish with wet batter and dry flour
Put all the fish into the bowl with wet batter and mix well.
Then put the fish into the zip bag containing the dry flour.
Shake well until all the fish are coated with flour, then transfer to a plate.

Fry the fish
Wait for the oil to heat up, then drop each battered fish in to fry.
When the fish turns golden brown, remove and place on paper towels to absorb the oil.
